| I started with this absolutely gorgeous "Hanemai" fabric, by Yuko Hasegawa for RJR Fabrics... I fell in love with the details, the gracefulness of the birds, the depths and shades of the reds-I knew this HAD to be a quilt! |

| I used so many different fabrics from my fabric collection to bring to life the depth and varying intensities of the reds and pale colors... I tried to bring out every one of the 15 different color dyes used in the fabric. |

ReplyDeleteLOL! So is our house, I vacuum at least once a day, and we just bought a new vacuum cleaner... I have to empty the container at least 3 or 4 times just vacuuming the living room! We have 2 beautiful, sweet dogs who I wouldn't take anything for, not even a clean house, but boy does that hair get EVERYWHERE!!

ReplyDeleteI use to have dog hair issues too. Having wood floors really helps!
I can't WAIT till we can afford to put laminate wood floors in... the only carpet we're keeping is the bedrooms (the pups aren't allowed in those at all), and I SO look forward to just having to sweep it all up, lol!
